1. Booking & Payment

A confirmed booking requires advance payment as per our policy. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid upon check-in. Payments can be made via cash, Card, bank transfer, UPI, or online payment portals.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 12 PM | Check-out: 10:30 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 5 days before the check-in date will receive a partial refund (50%). No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur charges.

4. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Outdoor smoking is allowed if other guests are not uncomfortable. Quiet hours: Please maintain silence between 10 PM – 7 AM. Respect for nature: Do not litter. Dispose of waste in designated bins. No illegal activities (including drugs or disruptive behavior) are permitted on the property.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times. A poop picker bin, Sleeping bed must be carried with the pet. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior and any damages caused. Pet food is available upon request. No separate caretaker for pets. Pets are not allowed on the beds and common sitting areas.

6. Food & Dining

Complimentary meals as per the selected package (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner). Additional meals/Snacks or special requests should be informed in advance and may be chargeable. Outside food is not allowed on the property.

7. Activities & Facilities

Participation in activities (e.g., hiking, bonfires) is at your own risk. Bonfire will be paid. Guests must follow safety instructions provided by our staff. Any damages to the property, furniture, or equipment must be compensated by the guest.

8. Liability & Security

The homestay is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables. Guests are responsible for their own safety during outdoor activities. Any damages caused to the property must be reported immediately and may be chargeable.

9. Parking & Transportation

Parking is available for guests, but we are not responsible for any vehicle damage or theft. Transportation to nearby attractions can be arranged on request (charges may apply).

10. Right to Admission & Eviction

The management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest(s) who do not comply with the rules, misbehave, or disturb others.
